The hotel's rooms were a mix of high-end luxury with a musty odor that was quite unpleasant. The service was a bit of a hit-or-miss experience, from understanding room changes to noisy interruptions during sleep. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and very high-end looking, but they needed some repairs like a hole in the ceiling. The service was so nice and helpful, especially at the front office, but there was an incident with a cleaner in a room. The location was great, close to Cedar Point amusement park, but some parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The dining options were not satisfactory overall. Despite its flaws, the proximity to Cedar Point and the friendly staff were highlights of my stay.
